To reward carriers who help TrukMax grow by referring other new quality carriers β and to recognize loyalty through ongoing premium perks and value fuel/gift cards. At PrimeHaul360 Logistics, we grow together. When you refer carriers from your network, we reward you with gift cards and milestone bonuses β while every new referred carrier gets 30 days of free dispatch service.
π How Rewards Works
You earn rewards only when a referral becomes qualified.
Every time you refer a new carrier, a referral becomes qualified when the referred carrier:

Completes 3 dispatched loads within 45 days
Once they hit 3 loads, that referral is officially qualifies β and you get rewarded. You earn instant rewards + loyalty points, and once you hit certain milestones, bigger cumulative rewards unlock.
π° Reward Structure
π΅ A. Base Reward β Per Qualified Referral
For each qualified carrier you refer:
β Digital/Physical Cards: $10 Prepaid Fuel/Gift Card
β Loyalty Points: 100 points added to your TrukMax Loyalty Account
(Points can be redeemed for perks, fuel credits, or additional rewards)
Each reward activates once the referred carrier completes three successful loads within 45 days.
π― B. Milestone Rewards β For 3, 5, 10 and 15+ Referrals
As you refer more qualified carriers, you unlock bigger bonuses:
β Bronze Tier (3 Referrals): 3 Qualified Referrals | $20 Prepaid Fuel/Gift Card | 150 loyalty points
β Silver Tier (5 Referrals): 5 Qualified Referrals | $30 Prepaid Fuel/Gift Card | 250 loyalty points
β Gold Tier (10 Referrals): 10 Qualified Referrals | $50 Prepaid Fuel/Gift Card | 400 loyalty points
β Platinum Tier (15 Referrals): 15 Qualified Referrals | $75 Fuel Card or $75 Gift Card or 1 Month Free Dispatch for One Truck | 700 bonus loyalty points
Milestone bonuses activate only when the full referral count is achieved.
Rewards are cumulative β you keep all base rewards + milestone bonuses.
Partial Completion:
If fewer than 3 referred carriers complete their loads, you still receive the base reward and points for each carrier that completes 3 loads.
This ensures you are rewarded immediately for each successful referral, even before reaching milestone counts.

Eligibility
You must be an active PrimeHaul360 Logistics client.
The referred carrier must be new (not previously onboarded).
Referred carrier must complete 3 loads within 45 days to qualify.
Each carrier can only be referred once.
Rewards & points are issued within 7 days after qualification.
Base rewards and loyalty points apply per referral.
All gift card rewards and loyalty points must be redeemed within 60 days of issuance.
